The Ponies Are on Their Way to Heartopia
XD Games has revealed that the Heartopia x My Little Pony crossover event will officially launch on 14 February 2026. The limited-time event brings the magic of Equestria to Whale Island, offering players a brand-new adventure themed around friendship and harmony.
During the collaboration, the iconic Tree of Harmony from My Little Pony appears on Whale Island, and players must reawaken it using the Elements of Harmony. By working together and completing special activities, Heartopia players can help restore the tree’s power and ensure its safe return to the magical kingdom of Equestria. More information about the collaboration will be shared next week.
Ahead of the main event, a week-long pre-event kicks off on 7 February. During this lead-up, players can solve daily puzzles to earn rewards, including an exclusive pet costume inspired by Spike from My Little Pony and Time-Limited Exhibition Passes.
Alongside the news of the collaboration, XD Games has also launched Heartopia’s first-ever season, the Winter Frost Season Fashionwave. This seasonal update introduces winter-themed content and activities across the game. Players who reach the summit of Onsen Mountain can enjoy icy slides and snowy paths. There is also a new skating rink for you to practice figure skating routines with friends. Ice rink flooring is also now available in build mode, allowing players to create their own skating spaces at home.
Additional winter fun includes building snowmen from fallen snow or transforming into one by interacting with giant snowmen around town. Players can also purchase and level up Winter Frost Season Fashionwave Gift Boxes, which contain various rewards.
Winter Frost Season runs from 31 January to 13 March, featuring opening and closing concerts at the central concert venue, complete with fireworks, music, and festive items to enjoy with players from all towns.
