St. Clair is the brand launched a handful of years ago by Blaire Donald, a designer with years of experience in the fashion industry who, after becoming a mother, decided to strike out on her own, creating romantic-looking luxury garments made from certified organic cotton by a single family-owned business in New Delhi. Founded in 2015 by Wiggy Hindmarch, a designer who also serves as an ambassador for Women Supporting Women of the Prince’s Trust (now the King’s Trust), Wiggy Kit is aimed at supporting young women in work, education, and business supported by King Charles.

Harriet Sperling stands at the precise intersection of Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle where dress with purpose trumps dress to impress. The style choices of the royal bride-to-be detect a certain self-consciousness that cloaks classic dressing with additional meaning. Both the British pride enhanced by the Princess of Wales’ style and the value system the Duchess of Sussex holds dear are at play in Sperling’s fashion.

At this point there’s only one question: what will she wear to wed Queen Elizabeth’s first grandchild? One thing we do know, white is a color she is already familiar with and not only because this is her second wedding (She was previously married to fitness instructor Antonio St John Sperling with whom she shares one child.) Sperling also wore a white ME EM dress for the engagement announcement published in Hello! magazine. Shining in those shots was the ring that Peter Phillips commissioned from Mayfair jeweler Pragnell, a trilogy ring with a larger center diamond and two smaller side ones.
