The 2026 Actor Awards, formerly the Screen Actors Guild Awards, will be hosted for the third time by Kristen Bell and will stream on Netflix

Best Drama Ensemble

A beaming Noah Wyle, accepting the nod, shared of the award category: “I was so desirous of this one for this cast,” adding: “I’ve never been more prouder of a group of people in my life.”

The Pitt won over The Diplomat, Landman, Severance, and The White Lotus.

A Homeland reunion

I may be over ten years late, but as someone who just binge-watched the first four seasons of Homeland in under a month… this reunion between Claire Danes and Damian Lewis is very exciting (albeit my apathy for their on-screen coupling).

Damian couldn’t look (and sound!) more different than Congressman Nicholas Brody, and I welcome it.

Best Actor in a TV Movie or Limited Series

15-year-old Owen Cooper’s sweep continues! Though he wasn’t in attendance to accepted, he won over some huge stars, including Jason Bateman for Black Rabbit, Charlie Hunnam for Monster: The Ed Gein Story, Matthew Rhys for The Beast in Me as well as his own co-star Stephen Graham.

Best Comedy Ensemble

“I’m back!” Seth Rogen joked as he went up to the stage for the third time in what has been only 55 minutes of the show. Continuing its streak The Studio won over Abbott Elementary, The Bear, Hacks, and Only Murders in the Building.

Best Actor in a Drama Series

Noah Wyle, winning for The Pitt, reflected on first attaining his SAG-AFTRA card, which he pulled out of his suit and proudly showed off, after winning over Sterling K. Brown for Paradise, Billy Crudup for The Morning Show, Walton Goggins for The White Lotus and Gary Oldman for Slow Horses.

A posthumous win for Best Actress in a Comedy Series

Seth Rogen accepted the award in honor of Catherine O’Hara, who unexpectedly died earlier this year at the age of 71. The Studio was one of her last projects she worked on.

“Something I have been marveling on over the last few weeks was her ability to be kind and gracious while never minimizing her own talents,” Seth said. “She knew she could destroy and she wanted to destroy every day on set.”

Best Actress in a TV Movie or Limited series

Michelle Williams took the award home for Dying for Sex, beating out Claire Danes for The Beast in Me, Erin Doherty for Adolescence, Sarah Snook for All Her Fault and Christine Tremarco for Adolescence.

Best Actor in a Comedy Series

The nod went to Seth Rogen for The Studio, winning over Ike Barinholtz for The Studio, Adam Brody for Nobody Wants This, Ted Danson for A Man on the Inside, , and Martin Short for Only Murders in the Building.

Best Actress in a Drama Series

First award of the night was handed by Heated Rivalry’s Connor Storrie (straight off of his Saturday Night Live debut!) and The Studio’s Kathryn Hahn.

It went to Keri Russell for The Diplomat, winning over Britt Lower for Severance, Parker Posey for The White Lotus, Rhea Seehorn for Pluribus, Aimee Lou Wood for The White Lotus.

Kristen Bell kicks things off with a jingle

Host Kristen Bell, noting some “levity” is needed at the moment, kicked things off with a musical number about actors shortening their names to not very different nicknames. 

Michael J. Fox gets loud applause

Michael J. Fox, after receiving a lengthy applause from his fellow actors during the ceremony’s signature introduction when appearing on the screen, honored his wife Tracy Pollan and their four kids with a sweet shout-out.

Harrison Ford on finding joy

Harrison Ford, who is being honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award tonight, speaking with HELLO! on the red carpet, said he is “finding joy in this experience,” in the lead up to his major career honor.

Timothée Chalamet is afraid of heights

Fran Drescher, who stars as Timothée Chalamet’s Marty Mouser’s mother on Marty Supreme, speaking with E! News’ Keltie Knight on the red carpet, revealed that her co-star is afraid of heights, leaving her with the urge to care for him when they did press atop the Empire State Building in New York City.

“I kind of felt a need to mother him in that moment,” she revealed, adding: “He is a darling, darling, very talented man.”

Teyana Taylor gets the sweetest help

Teyana Taylor not only shared the spotlight tonight with her adorable daughter Rue Rose Shumpert, but the tot also made sure that her mom’s stunning dress looked as perfect as possible.

Spotlight on Patricia Arquette

Patricia Arquette, who is nominated as part of Severance for Best Drama ensemble, stunned in a red ensemble, no pun intended, on the red carpet.

Who’s in the lead?

Heading into the ceremony, projected Academy Award frontrunner One Battle After Another leads the charge with seven nominations, followed by Sinners with five, Frankenstein, Hamnet and Marty Supreme with three apiece, and Bugonia with two.
